Frequently Asked Questions

if you will not be home while are cleaning, please call to provide the information required to obtain access. you can provide us the keys, the access code, or tell the doorman to give us access.

we try very hard to have the same personnel to your home every time per your request we will send the same crew if you offer us arrival flexibility. occasionally. due to illness or the like. an alternate team or maid will have to be substituted.

  We will change the sheets on your master bed with each cleaning (if you leave clean sheets out for us) however each bed beyond that warrants a small additional charge. 

 We ask that you call our office within 24 hours to discuss the issue. We will reclean any part of your home until you are satisfied. 

we understand that life doesn't always as planned. however. if it is necessary to cannel/postpone any scheduled cleaning. we ask that you please call emerald housekeeping office at least 24 hours prior  to the scheduled cleaning. that will allow us to ample time to make necessary adjustments to our daily cleaning schedule. if we do not receive  24 hour notice a fee of $40 will be assessed to the customers credit card, witch will be required to book a cleaning appointment.

 We understand kids get sick or emergencies happen.  If you know you are going to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can fill your time slot with another cleaning client. 

We make every attempt to call ahead of time to reschedule your cleaning.  We sometimes have limited cleaning openings, so we urge that you contact us well in advance if your flexibility is limited
